中职学校体育课准备活动的认识

体育课的准备活动是体育课的基本部分。正确地认识准备活动的作用,有效地选择准备活动的内容与组织形式,能够使学生在体育课上做好身体、心理等方面的准备。在体育教学中,合理的准备活动能有效地避免学生肌肉、韧带等软组织的损伤,使学生有效地掌握运动技术技能,提高基本素质,保证体育课任务顺利完成。     

基于学分制下的计算机基础教学改革研究

根据高校实施学分制的有关精神和实施细则,结合对新生的计算机基础水平摸底测试结果、用人单位对毕业生计算机技术能力的要求调查报告进行分析,提出计算机基础教学应由计算机专业和其他专业老师联合对学生进行分层、分类教学的改革思路。     

Curriculum Development in International Convention and Conference Management at Meio University,Okinawa, Japan

Abstract

Many factors, political, economical, and environmental, are conducive to the introduction of a specialized convention and conference management curriculum in Okinawa, Japan. Recent changes in the Japanese government's industrial policies to expand and reinforce the Okinawa Free Trade Zone by 2005 is one such factor. To handle this increase, Okinawa will require an infrastructure that will support and maintain this expansion, which includes educating the workforce with a sound convention and conference university curriculum in Okinawa. Therefore, this study documents the process and results of a convention and conference management curriculum development endeavor between Meio University in Nago, Okinawa, Japan, and the University of Houston in the United States.     

推进应用型本科院校课程中心建设的几点思考

针对在应用型本科院校里推广课程中心建设这一举措，提出了在教学理念、师资来源、教学对象、教学空间、教学设计、考核办法这6个方面所需的转变，并针对该类院校在学生、教师、外部环境、内部制度等方面存在的不足提出了解决方案。为信息化条件下应用型本科院校的教学改革提供了一些可借鉴的经验。     

基于工作过程系统化的高职电力机车专业课程与教学改革初探

本文借鉴德国职业教育先进思想,提出了基于工作过程系统化的高职电力机车专业课程体系开发的理念和思路,以《电力机车车体和转向架的检修与维护》课程为案例,介绍了基于工作过程系统化模式下的学习情境、课业文本、教学模式及教学评价设计等学习领域课程建设内容,并针对教学实施过程中存在的问题提出了对策。     

工程管理专业学生工程实践能力培养与强化途径研究

针对目前工程管理专业学生普遍存在实践能力缺乏的问题,建议合理设置工程管理专业基本课程体系,加强实践能力培养,提出综合培养学生实践能力的有效模式。     

Progression,Stability, or Decline? Sociological Mechanisms Underlying Change in Specialization Among Birdwatchers

Using a panel of American birdwatchers collected in 1997 and 2002, we tested the extent to which birdwatchers progressed over a five-year period. The impact different career contingencies and life course events had on predicting change in birdwatchers' behavior, skill, and commitment was also examined. Findings indicated that although progression characterized some birdwatchers' participation, involvement by others was better characterized by stability or decline, which was true for each of the indicators used to measure specialization. Career contingencies and life course changes had only a moderate influence on predicting change in the specialization indicators over time. Support from family members and retirement were the best predictors of change in specialization.     

以过程为导向的《标识设计课程》教学新模式探析

介绍了基于过程化教学的标识设计教学新模式：根据标识设计内容的难易程度，组织循序渐进的教学内容；根据标识设计中技术到思想的难度，对相应的教学知识点进行对接，设计阶梯式的训练课题；根据标识设计内容构成的实践性特点，强化实践教学环节，针对每一个课题设计不同的实践方法，实现课堂与实践之间跨度的融合与穿插。     

Injuries increase the amputee burden at the prosthesis centre: a 2-year retrospective survey of amputees in a low-income setting

The aim of this study is to survey different types of injuries as the cause for prosthesis fitting in the Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (IPM&R). This retrospective chart review was conducted at the IPM&R at the Dow University of Health Sciences, from the year 2007 till 2009. We selected all amputees who got enrolled in our institute for prosthesis fitting with major amputations, during the above mentioned period of time. Informed verbal consent was taken from each patient before recording their data at the IPM&R. Anonymity has been maintained. Data for this study was collected through a structured questionnaire, variables included: gender, age, town of origin, cause of amputation, level of amputation, limb involvement (unilateral or bilateral), level and causes of amputations. The data entry and analysis were done on SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Sciences) version 16.0. Of the amputee burden of our study, 55.9% was due to trauma, which is a preventable cause of disability. This is mostly affecting men in the productive age group. New strategies need to be devised in order to alleviate the burden of amputations resulting from preventable injuries.
